Thanks for your interest in a CloverKing GSP!

A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your pup. The balance is due when you pick up your pup, plus 6% PA state sales tax. Per state law, pups cannot be picked up before eight weeks of age.

We reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason. We do not sell pups to a third party. We must meet the purchaser in person. We do not ship our puppies.

You are required to have your pup seen by a veterinarian within ten days of purchase. If your vet finds anything wrong with the puppy, you return the puppy to us. We will refund your purchase price, including deposit, less any incurred veterinary fees.

We will accept our puppies back as per the following schedule:

1. Up to one month, refund of purchase price, less the deposit. We reserve the option to take the puppy to our Vet for physical examination.Vet fees to be deducted from purchase price.
2. Up to three months, one half the purchase price, less the deposit. We reserve the option to take the puppy to our Vet for physical examination.Vet fees to be deducted from purchase price.
3. After three months we will accept our dogs back, no refund given.

In the event that the buyer, at any time in the future, is unable to care for the dog for any reason, is deceased, or no longer wants the dog, he or she agrees to immediately contact us (or have the estate contact us). We reserve the first option to accept the dog back at no charge, or to place the dog in another good home. If the dog is found in a rescue, pound, humane society, or any other facility which re-homes pets, this will be considered a default of contract.
